Pancakes

I still haven't had a chance to upload the video of Makenna crawling. Someday. This morning we had pancakes and bacon for breakfast. I made a small pancake for Makenna (without butter and syrup of course)! I think she liked it (although Bailey ate most of it as a lot ended up on the floor!):




Little bit just woke up from her name - is it 12:45 and she went down at 11. Must have been sleepy. Now it's time to eat!

And She's Off - Part 1

Well, the little one has learned to crawl. I'll have to post a video later - I don't have time to mess with it right now. It was too funny one of the first times I watched her - she was on one knee and using the other foot. She still tries to get around that way sometimes. And now that she has mastered that task she is trying to stand up. Rather, she pulls herself up pretty well using people and other objects. And after she pulls herself up she has started to let go and stand - by herself. I think we're in trouble!

I think she is cutting more teeth. She has been rather irritable and not sleeping as good. We'll see.

Happy 7 Month Birthday

Today Makenna is 7 months old. I am not quite sure where July went, but August is already here. We haven't seen any new teeth, but the two that are there are more obvious everyday. She is now babbling "dadadada" - of course she doesn't know what she is saying just yet! She is trying to crawl, but can't quite get it down yet. And a temper - she gets frustrated very easily! When on the floor with her you become a jungle gym. And she loves to jump. She can get her Exer.causer going pretty good as well as the door jumper and she even likes to jump while you are holding her. Here are the pictures in the chair - note no Bo.ppy this month! :) What a big girl.
